The Element Fleet leaders were looking to transform the way that they did business. They knew the power of space and that furniture could accelerate that vision. Working with Element Fleet, JLL and RSP Architects, we hosted large workshops to design their workstation and private office typicals. When the workstation design was near final approvals we ordered a 4-pack mock-up and provided many change management experiences for their employees to keep excitement up for the new space. The client purchased Steelcase workstations, offices and demountable walls. The ancillary furniture selection was also primarily Steelcase and Steelcase Partner Brands to streamline the delivery and installation process for the project.
