Project Details
The University of Minnesota Health Sciences Education Center (HSEC) is a state-of-the-art facility that was designed to transform health education in Minnesota. The space was carefully curated to promote interprofessional education and interaction, as well as foster a culture that prioritizes student and faculty wellbeing.
To meet the academic needs of the health science students, state-of-the-art classrooms were designed for interprofessional learning with active learning and small group teaching spaces. HSEC’s focus is on active, team-based learning in small-group environments that offer places to connect, collaborate, and communicate across the health sciences.
