One MarketPointe set out to upgrade the common areas of its multi-office tenant building to attract new and retain existing tenants.  Their project goals identified updating the spaces to feel fresh, vibrant and be an energetic place to meet.

Partnering with One MarketPointe and design firm NELSON, Acre was engaged early in the process and provided the team with multiple different furniture solutions.  Our existing partnership with NELSON allowed for a smooth process and was an integral part of the overall project’s success.  One MarketPointe was able to update several common areas including:  two lobbies, training center, large work café and an outdoor patio space.  After the project was complete, One MarketPointe is proud to have inspiring community spaces which support the necessary requirements of today’s tenants.
