A multi-year construction and furniture schedule was phased into five parts, allowing school operations to continue while preserving the design intent. Each level of the school represents a different layer of the ecosystem, expressed through finishes and materials.

At the heart of the school is the Long House (media center), featuring a circular lounge that serves as a welcoming symbol of interconnectivity with the natural world. The building’s interior is reflected in the surrounding landscape elements, creating a cohesive and immersive experience.
